The mop flap discs since their introduction into the market have found many uses in various areas of surface processing. With fanwise arrangement of the lamellas in comparison to other tools many times higher efficiency may by obtained. The mop flap discs manufactured by TORAL are made from abrasive canvas covered with zirconium electrocorundum, placed evenly on the glass fibre or plastic base reinforced with glass fibre. The abrasive canvas is glued with synthetic resin thus guaranteeing long lifetimes, efficiency and elasticity of the tool. Our tools are suitable for all types of electric tools this way being easy for use. Low weight of a disc means more simplicity of use as well as increase of safety at work. There are two general ranges of TORAL discs:
- simple (flat) - mainly for grinding front surfaces and planes
- diagonal (convex) - suitable for surfaces hard to access or front surfaces.
